Rapid Response™
Our rapid response program packages the expertise, speed and response of our crews into the four things you actually want: trust, speed, restore-first mitigation, and documentation.
Real crews. Real response.
Certified technicians and a local fleet, ready to roll at a moment's notice.
Certified & compliant
IICRC-certified firm, RIA Australasia member, fully insured and WHS-inducted on commercial sites.
Same-day speed
A 24/7 claims line that always answers, with crews on site within hours. We make-safe first, so a small loss never becomes a large one.
Restore-first
We salvage before we replace. Early, correct mitigation dries and saves structure and contents, directly lowering claim cost, displacement and disputes.
Insurer-ready documentation
Moisture mapping, photo logs, cause-of-loss notes, drying goals and completion reports on every job — evidence-backed and built to pass the automated checks insurers now run.
Restore where possible.
Replace where necessary.
Our restoration decisions are guided by IICRC standards to achieve safe, hygienic, and healthy outcomes for occupants.
Restoring an asset is usually the lower-cost outcome for a claim but it isn't always the correct one. Where a loss involves grossly contaminated (Category 3) water, for example, the standards call for affected porous materials to be removed rather than dried in place. We tell you which it is, and why, before the work starts.
Governs how water losses are categorised and classified, how drying goals are set, and when affected materials can be dried in place versus removed.
Burst pipes · storm & flood · structural drying
Governs containment, condition levels and clearance for mould remediation — including the principle that remediation addresses the moisture source, not just the visible growth.
Mould remediation · post-water secondary damage
Governs assessment and restoration of fire- and smoke-affected structures, assemblies and contents, including soot and odour remediation.
Fire & smoke damage · contents recovery
Emera CCR is an IICRC-certified firm. IICRC S500, S520 and S700 are ANSI-approved standards published by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

You dispatch
One call to 1300 144 667 or lodge a job online — 24/7. We capture the site, contact and cause of loss immediately.
Same-day make-safe
Crews attend within hours and make-safe. We deliver an initial assessment report with cause-of-loss and a moisture baseline.
Mitigate & dry to target
Equipment is set and we take daily moisture readings against the drying goal, adjusting until the material is dry. We rigourously focus on stopping secondary mould damage.
Insurer-ready completion
A full documentation pack — readings, photos, scope and completion report — delivered within 48 hours of completion.
Documentation that closes claims.
Poor documentation is the number-one reason contractors get dropped. Every Emera job produces a clean, consistent paper trail that reduces claim friction and stands up to scrutiny.
